Streamlined Advisory Process
Data Sharing
The first step in starting the advisory process is file sharing, which is usually ideal using either SharePoint or Google Drive. You will receive a Google Drive space to prepare your proposal, but you can also choose to create the proposal within your own cloud-sharing service. All the templates will be shared with you once the service begins.
Project Planning
The next stage is project planning, which includes identifying which of your team members will perform the writing tasks and who will be involved in the project to ensure that all relevant team members are included in communication. It will also be defined which services are going to be used, especially regarding cloud services, while timelines and schedules are set in place.
Strategy Call
After everything has been defined, we begin with the first strategy call and the first part of the proposal. By segmenting the proposal into smaller sections, it becomes easier to focus on one part in the beginning and then gradually move through the entire template. You and the advisor, Stephan Segler, PhD, will perfectly align your project to the proposal section, after which you can confidently write it.
Review Phase
After you have completed the first section of the proposal, the advisor will review it and assess the quality while making targeted, productive suggestions for improvement. After the review is completed and the improvements are integrated, we move on to the next section and repeat strategy calls and review phases until the entire proposal has been completed in the most ideal manner to maximize success chances.
