EIC Accelerator Co-Development & Writing

We package and write your complete proposal, while you stay involved throughout, retain complete oversight, and can adjust and align the project at every stage.

Discuss Your Proposal

Full Writing Without Giving Up Ownership

We perform the project packaging and end-to-end writing. Co-development means that you remain involved along the way, see the project take shape, and can continuously adjust and align it.

All Writing Is Done for You

We handle the proposal development and writing across the short proposal, full proposal, pitch deck, implementation plan, financial narrative, and supporting materials. You receive the benefit of a dedicated expert writer without shifting the writing workload onto your team.

Expert Project Packaging

We structure the work packages and create the narrative, commercial strategy, competitive positioning, and unique selling proposition, packaging the complete project so its technology, market opportunity, implementation, and scale-up potential are represented in the strongest possible way.

100% Oversight & Control

Nothing is outsourced into a black box. You remain part of the process, can follow the development, add missing knowledge, challenge assumptions, and adjust or align the project whenever needed. The final proposal remains fully aligned with your company, technology, and ambitions.

Built for Two Interviews

The current process includes an online technology-expert interview during Step 2 before the Step 3 EIC Jury interview. Because consultants cannot represent you at the jury interview, your team must understand, defend, and stand behind every statement in the application. This is why co-development is the ideal model.

What Co-Development Includes

A complete project-packaging and writing service with an embedded alignment process that keeps your team informed, prepared, and in control.

End-to-End Proposal Development

The full narrative and supporting materials are developed as one consistent funding case. Technical, commercial, impact, implementation, financial, and team sections reinforce one another instead of becoming disconnected contributions.

Continuous Client Alignment

Focused discussions let you follow how the project is packaged and align it with your company at every stage. Your team contributes its knowledge, corrects or adjusts the direction when needed, and approves the developing strategy without having to draft the proposal itself.

Visible Reviews & Approvals

Drafts, comments, open questions, decisions, and approvals stay visible throughout development. Your team always knows what has been written, what requires input, and which version is approved for submission.

Interview-Ready Knowledge Transfer

Proposal development doubles as interview preparation. Decisions and claims are discussed while they are written, creating shared understanding well before the technology-expert and jury interviews rather than trying to learn the application after submission.

A Co-Development Process Built Around You

The responsibility is clear: we package the project, develop the strategy, and perform the writing. Your team provides its knowledge, stays involved throughout, and can adjust or align the project as it develops.

1

Knowledge Collection

Existing decks, technical documents, financials, market information, customer evidence, and team knowledge are collected and organized around the EIC evaluation requirements.

2

Expert Project Packaging

We define and connect the work packages, narrative, commercial strategy, competitive positioning, USP, milestones, budget, risks, and scale-up case to represent the project in the strongest possible way.

3

Professional Writing

We write and connect each section, convert specialist knowledge into evaluator-ready language, identify evidence gaps, and keep the complete proposal internally consistent.

4

Continuous Alignment & Approval

Your team follows the development, adds or corrects information, and adjusts the project direction whenever needed. Final approval then confirms that you understand and can defend the reasoning and evidence behind every important statement.

Choose How We Develop the Proposal

The writing service remains the same. You choose the collaboration workflow that best fits your team, systems, and preferred level of automation.

Option 1

Offline Document Editing

Use familiar Word and PowerPoint files, exchanging versions through cloud storage or email. This is the traditional choice for teams with established offline review and approval processes.

  • Works with familiar desktop tools
  • Clear version-by-version review cycles
  • Fits formal internal approval processes
Option 2

Live Cloud Collaboration

Develop the materials in Google Drive and Docs or Microsoft 365 and Teams. Comments, edits, and decisions appear immediately, shortening feedback cycles and streamlining daily collaboration.

  • Immediate access to the latest version
  • Faster commenting and approvals
  • One shared workspace for the team

Baibylon: Put Every Participant and Agent in One Workflow

Baibylon provides a persistent shared inbox between the applicant team, the proposal writer, and the agents supporting the proposal. Each participant receives controlled access to the same project channel, keeping communication, task execution, and writing progress together.

A Shared Project Inbox

Questions, answers, evidence, writing requests, revisions, and follow-ups remain in one threaded channel instead of being fragmented across email, chat, and document versions.

Full Task & Writing Tracking

Participants can see what arrived, what is being worked on, what has been completed, and what still needs review. Notifications keep the team synchronized as task statuses change.

Individual, Controlled Access

Each human or agent connects with its own credential and assigned read, write, or management permissions. Access can be rotated or revoked for one participant without disrupting the rest of the project.

Agents Directly in the Loop

Your local agent can retrieve knowledge from your own systems, answer project questions, and deliver materials into the shared inbox. The proposal writing agent can receive that input, coordinate tasks, and return drafts or follow-up questions through the same channel.
